If you have requested a hard copy of your APPLE certificate but have not yet received it, please email clair.parkin@cot.co.uk to let us know.
We had experienced some difficulties with our email system and some requests may have been lost, but these problems now appear to have been rectified. However, if you are still waiting for your certificate, please let us know and we will endeavour to send them out as soon as possible.
