Accessibility is really important to us. It's why we started inPractice in the first place, to build software that you don't need you be a technical wizard to use (or any other sort of wizard for that matter!) We have mobile and handheld PDA versions of our main applications.
- Student Placements
The market leading solution for managing large scale student practice placements. Designed specifically to be used across multiple sites, incorporating multiple users and to provide maximum ease of use for collaboration.
- Centralised Noticeboards
A staple feature of our Placement Centre product are the centralised noticeboards which allow all users to read and write group notices. Sounds a bit standard, but they are packed with smart features such as message threading, commenting, file sharing and email notifications - which let you know if someone has replied to something you said!
- WebMail
WebMail provides a web based interface to your email, you can email large groups of users, students without knowing their email address, you can simply enter their cohort and surname! Outgoing email messages are delivered to the users inbox and also archived within the system along with any attachments which are made available in the users document area.
- File Sharing
It's good to share and we encourage it! Our document share platform has no restriction on the size or type of files you can share. We also have some extra smart tools that help you drag and drop files from your desktop and automatically share them on the web. Our frequent archiving means that your vital documents are backed up at several points during the day too.
- Workflow Forms & Builder
Designed to make interactive forms online easy to create, share and complete within a workflow scenario. Our FormBuilder allows anyone (with access) to simply and quickly create forms that can be attached to your workflow and completed online by your private or public members.
- Instant Messaging
Built into our Web2.0 framework is an instant messenger similar to the popular MSN product, which allows users to quickly and conveniently communicate in a familiar and lightweight fashion. This has proved a big hit with students but especially with some of our users who have a hearing disability and quick 'chat' over the telephone isn't available.
